A mottled emigrant from Bangalore

 Egg of a mottled emigrant on Senna occidentalis plant


 An early stage Caterpillar


 The spots near the white line starts to grow bigger and hair like bristles are seen


 Some of the spots near the edge turn bluish in the final stages


The final stage caterpillar builds a string and prepares for the metamorphosis

 Pupa develops colours, spots and lines before eclosing
