A Red Pierrot butterfly soon after eclosing...
A caterpillar observed when searching for a new leaf.
A caterpillar boring into a Kalanchoe leaf.
Two caterpillars; one large and one small, eating the leaf from inside.
Below video shown how a Red Pierrot caterpillar feeds on a Kalanchoe leaf from inside.
When the leafs are not enough, they even bore into the stem and feed on it.
The colour sometimes changes based on the diet.
After about two days of staying in one place, it becomes a pupa.
In two days, more spots begin to appear on the pupa.
In ten days, the colour changes slowly.
The pupa becomes almost entirely dark before eclosing.

The adults was immediately released after it eclosed.
